In my view this kind of social happening should be prohibited. This is happening in worst way in the name of "divine celebration" around slums, rural and some towns. It cannot be accepted anywhere, because it doesn't have any age or gender discrimination and it can spoil and harass the youngsters/teenagers. I hope the government will take some actions against these kind of social happenings.
