Why would some one do such a thing to the poor horses... That is unnatural the horses must have been scared in to doing that.. The poor things look in pain and have fear towards there owners I wish they didn't have to go through that ........THAT IS PURE CRULTY!!!!!!!!!!

I think his front and back feet were tied together, so he couldn't really do much but that. Obviously he's trained to do it, but the tying of the feet just make it so that's all he can do..
