She is saying in the chorus (excuse translation, hard to keep the poetry):
(on) the day I forget you, be that the last day of my life
let these eyes go blind, on that very night, the night I (even) dream of anybody, but you

It's Urdu, pure and simple. Let's avoid politics. Bollywood films are in Hindi, no one says they are in Hindu-Urdu, and Pakistani songs/films are in Urdu.

"Pakistani" is not a language. The language here is a very neutral form of Hindi-Urdu (a.k.a. Hindustani). But the song, as you stated, is a love song.

TRANSLATION
The day I forget your love
Let it be the last day of my life
Let the eyes go blind that night
If they dream of anyone but you
Do not drop me from your heart
I am fragrance, let it not spread
I'll stay forever in your arms
Let not bond of friendship ever break
Let the eyes go blind that night
If they dream of anyone but you
The day I forget your love
Let it be the last day of my life... |
