wow. guys, they speak Korea! I'm half Korean and my mother is full Korean, and this is a show I've watched on KBS (Korean Broadcasting System) channel. We live in Florida and we get it via satellite. It's just an infomercial about healthy and fun exercise. The blue banner that pops up is part of the show. just a little fyi.
